Can I use two attachments at the same time?

No — the Triple Prep System runs one attachment at a time from its single power base. Vessel recognition detects which attachment is locked in place and shows you the right programs for it.

Which parts are dishwasher-safe?

The pitcher, cups, food processor bowl, and blades are dishwasher-safe on the top rack. The tamper and single-serve blending blade should be hand-washed. The power base is not water-safe and should never be submerged or placed in the dishwasher.

Will it run if an attachment isn't locked in properly?

No. The power base won't operate unless the attachment you're using is fully assembled and locked into place — this is a built-in safety feature.

What's covered under the warranty?

The Triple Prep System is backed by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering parts and labor.

How fast will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. Tracking info is emailed as soon as your order ships.
